Exit Hammersmith Station and head southeast toward Hammersmith Broadway. Walk down Queen Caroline Street for about 100 meters, then turn right onto Fulham Palace Road.

Take bus 190, 211, 220 or 295 from Hammersmith Station, going towards Charing Cross Hospital or Putney. Get off at the second stop and walk to 86 Fulham Palace Road.
